1. Information We Collect

SnapSheet collects only the information necessary to provide and improve the service:

• Account Data — When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from the provider. Anonymous users are assigned a random identifier.
• Usage Data — We track how many AI generations you create each month to enforce fair usage limits on our free plan.
• Study Content — The notes and text you submit for cheatsheet generation are processed transiently and are not used to train AI models.
• Purchase Data — Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat. SnapSheet does not store or process your payment card details. Apple and Google handle all payment processing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and maintain your account.
• To generate cheatsheets and study content you request.
• To enforce subscription limits and provide premium features.
• To improve the quality of our AI generation pipeline.
• To send critical service updates (e.g., subscription expiration).

3. Third-Party Services

SnapSheet integrates with the following services to function:

• RevenueCat — Manages in-app purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple & Google Sign-In — Used for authentication. We receive only the data you authorize.
• AI Generation Provider — Your study text is sent to an AI image generation service to produce cheatsheets. Content is processed transiently and not retained by the provider beyond generation.

4. Data Retention

Your account, saved cheatsheets, and generation history are retained as long as your account is active. Generated images have temporary URLs that expire after 7 days. You can delete individual assets from the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@snapsheet.cc.

5. Children's Privacy

SnapSheet is intended for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your account preferences within the app. For data export or deletion requests, email support@snapsheet.cc. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of SnapSheet after changes means you accept the updated policy.
