1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SnapSheet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SnapSheet is an AI-powered study tool that generates visual cheatsheets, flashcards, quizzes, and related study content from user-provided text input. The Service is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android.

3. User Accounts

You may use SnapSheet anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SnapSheet offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan — Limited to a set number of AI generations per month.
  • Pro Plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) — Provide unlimited generations and premium features as described in the app.

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat. SnapSheet does not directly handle payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. SnapSheet cannot issue refunds for purchases made through app stores.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or usage limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label the generated study content as your own service.

6. AI-Generated Content

SnapSheet uses artificial intelligence to generate study content. Due to the nature of AI:

  • Generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Always verify critical information against original sources.
  • SnapSheet does not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or exam readiness of AI-generated cheatsheets.
  • You retain ownership of the text you submit. You grant SnapSheet a limited license to process your text solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.
  • Generated cheatsheets are for personal study use. You may share them, but you may not sell or commercially exploit them.

7. Intellectual Property

The SnapSheet name, logo, brand colors, app design, and underlying code are the exclusive property of SnapSheet. You may not use SnapSheet's trademarks or branding without prior written permission. Generated cheatsheets include a small SnapSheet watermark. You may not remove or obscure this attribution on free-tier content. Pro subscribers may customize or remove the branding footer.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapSheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, exam results, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where SnapSheet operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
